Perfect Blues - The Premiere

Perfect Blues is nearing completion, and will be released on DVD in skate shops in February.

However, releasing a DVD without a premiere would be a crime!

Come on down to The Cube Microplex on the 9th of February 2013 for 7pm and see all of what Dave Wallace, Jed Cullen, Jess Young, Phil Parker, Ash Hall, Jimmy Hart, Andy Coleman, Channon Wallace, Ollie Lock, Josh Arnott, Jason Lewer and Ryan Chamberlain have to offer.
Alongside the finest skateboarding from the South West, Wales, Sheffield and Newcastle.

Check the Facebook event page here for more info.

See you there!

Lloyds Big Three Competition 2012

As per usual, the annual "Big Three" competition was an incredible event. There was a very large turnout of spectators, skateboarders, filmers and dogs.

The comp sees the iconic Amphitheatre based on the waterfront of Bristol transformed into a bustling skateboarding mecca that can be compared to havens such as Macba, for example.

Every single person who attended the competition contributed to the infectious electric atmosphere, which fuelled many of the skateboarders to try and go bigger and better than last year.

Below is my edit from the day. Featuring the likes of Ollie Lock, Jess Young, Phil Parker, Pete Adams, Josh Arnott, Shaun Currie, Korahn Gayle and many more.

See you next year!

Jason Lewer - There and Back Again

Earlier on in the year, Jason and I decided to work on this short project.

We wanted to show Jason's day-to-day journey through Bristol, shining a different light on some of the most iconic skate spots in the city by capturing them in an alternative way to conventional skateboard videos.

Hit the play button, and then go out and cruise!

Jason Lewer's Fabric Skateboards Section

Over the past few months Jason and I have been hard at work, filming non stop for his 'welcome' edit for Fabric Skateboards.

What was initially just a few clips soon snowballed into a full section featuring a lot of well known Bristol landmarks and even a couple of well known Milton Keynes street spots.

The soundtrack to the edit was kindly supplied by the musicians that go by the name of 'The Shaws', hit those guys up if you like what you hear!

Anyway, press the play button and watch Jason demonstrate how skateboarding should be done.
